{"id":522,"date":"2015-08-06T23:47:57","date_gmt":"2015-08-07T05:47:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agiltools.com\/blogsp\/?p=522"},"modified":"2015-08-06T23:47:57","modified_gmt":"2015-08-07T05:47:57","slug":"ingeniosos-cvs-hojas-de-vida","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agiltools.com\/blogsp\/ingeniosos-cvs-hojas-de-vida\/","title":{"rendered":"Ingeniosos CV's (hojas de vida)"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"dslc-theme-content\"><div id=\"dslc-theme-content-inner\"><p>La revista electr\u00f3nica Business Insider public\u00f3 recientemente un <a href=\"http:\/\/www.businessinsider.com\/excellent-resume-for-mid-level-employee-2014-8\" target=\"_blank\">art\u00edculo <\/a>donde resaltaba como ejemplo el mejor resumen (hoja de vida) para cargos medios a ejecutivos por su consistencia y sencillez (ver imagen siguiente).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/agiltools.com\/blogsp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/bi_graphics_goodresume_midlevel.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-606 size-large\" src=\"http:\/\/agiltools.com\/blogsp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/bi_graphics_goodresume_midlevel-919x1024.png\" alt=\"bi_graphics_goodresume_midlevel\" width=\"580\" height=\"646\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agiltools.com\/blogsp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/bi_graphics_goodresume_midlevel-919x1024.png 919w, https:\/\/agiltools.com\/blogsp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/bi_graphics_goodresume_midlevel-269x300.png 269w, https:\/\/agiltools.com\/blogsp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/bi_graphics_goodresume_midlevel.png 1200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 580px) 100vw, 580px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En s\u00edntesis el art\u00edculo resalta la facilidad para encontrar la informaci\u00f3n en una sola p\u00e1gina, la lista concreta de competencias, los logros cuantificados obtenidos en cada rol de la experiencia y la educaci\u00f3n que se recomienda mover al final de la hoja de vida (Lea tambi\u00e9n <a href=\"http:\/\/www.businessinsider.com\/why-this-is-an-excellent-resume-2013-11\" target=\"_blank\">19 razones por las cuales este es un excelente resumen<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>La empresa Career cup tambi\u00e9n hace un an\u00e1lisis similar listando 11 puntos claves para la elaboraci\u00f3n de hojas de vida (ver <a href=\"http:\/\/www.careercup.com\/resume\" target=\"_blank\">link<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El tema me llam\u00f3 la atenci\u00f3n y me d\u00ed a la tarea entonces de buscar diferentes ejemplos de los mejores res\u00famenes profesionales publicados en internet. Encontr\u00e9 ejemplos\u00a0muy interesantes como el de\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ericgandhi.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Eric Gandhi<\/a>, un dise\u00f1ador que quer\u00eda aplicar para un trabajo en Google y dise\u00f1\u00f3 su resumen en forma\u00a0de la p\u00e1gina de resultados del buscador (ver imagen). La historia se encuentra en el siguiente <a href=\"http:\/\/www.storyresumes.com\/eric-gandhi-google-resume\/\" target=\"_blank\">link<\/a>. Con este simple resumen Gandhi logr\u00f3 llamar\u00a0la atenci\u00f3n del gigante de la internet e inmediatamente hizo una oferta por sus servicios, sin embargo el candidato decidi\u00f3 rechazar la oferta y aprovechar la publicidad para lanzar su propia empresa.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/agiltools.com\/blogsp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/Eric-Gandhis-google-resume.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-607\" src=\"http:\/\/agiltools.com\/blogsp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/Eric-Gandhis-google-resume.png\" alt=\"Eric Gandhi's google-resume\" width=\"1200\" height=\"1350\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agiltools.com\/blogsp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/Eric-Gandhis-google-resume.png 1200w, https:\/\/agiltools.com\/blogsp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/Eric-Gandhis-google-resume-267x300.png 267w, https:\/\/agiltools.com\/blogsp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/Eric-Gandhis-google-resume-910x1024.png 910w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Otro caso interesante es el de\u00a0Matt Epstein quien coincidencialmente aplic\u00f3 para la misma compa\u00f1\u00eda y quiso utilizar un formato diferente, en este caso un video titulado Google por favor contr\u00e1tame! (de hecho el sitio web\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/googlepleasehire.me\/\" target=\"_blank\">googlepleasehire.me<\/a> a\u00fan est\u00e1 en l\u00ednea y tiene un alto flujo de visitantes). En todo caso la oferta nunca se concret\u00f3 y Mr. Epstein encontr\u00f3 trabajo en otra empresa (ver <a href=\"http:\/\/techcrunch.com\/2011\/09\/07\/google-fails-to-hire-the-googlepleasehire-me-guy\/\" target=\"_blank\">entrevista<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Los siguientes son otros interesantes res\u00famenes que
